Where to find the 7 sword in Tales of Vesperia to pass the game?

Are you talking about the Fell Arms? They aren't necessary to beat the game (or even needed for an achievement), but if you gather them up and fight the final boss, you'll face a third form that you can't otherwise unlock. Defeating it activates the weapons, which are the most powerful in the game. I wrote the walkthrough for that game.
