Where to buy the cheapest poker table?

We have a close family friend who recently renovated her house. She had quite a big space and she and her husband carefully planned and designed it. She invited us to their house warming next week. She said that she had a whole room for fun and games. He husband loves to play poker but they haven't a poker table yet. She is still looking for some cheap poker tables . Do you know where to find one?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Some of the best deals on poker tables are on craiglist, depending on where you live. Once the recession hit, people are trying to sell all kinds of things that they don't need anymore.

As far as getting a brand new table - amazon is probably your best bet. Many retailers offer different products.

As for brick & mortar, Sports Authority has a folding table in their stores (not online) that is a really good deal, depending on what you want.

In looking for cheap poker tables, I searched the internet and found a huge variation in price. The cheapest one I found was at Target. It was a nice folding table for 59.99. It is not available in the stores, only online, and its shipping weight is 41 pounds. It looks similar to the one on the bottom right in the video. The specs are as follows:

•Full-size 48x48" tabletop folds to 24x24" for travel and has built in cup holders and chip organizers
•Set includes tabletop, carrying case, 300 casino-style poker chips and chip holding case
•Also includes 2 decks of playing cards, dealer button, big and little blind buttons and Texas hold 'em poker instructions

Another option would be to shop on eBay at www.eBay.com and search for poker tables. You may find some very nice, reasonable ones there. Some may be offered as a Buy It Now so you don’t have to bid on them. I just looked on there and there were some that started as low as $29. Remember that there are going to be shipping charges based on the weight of the table at all the locations, unless you can find one in a store that you can pick up.

Some of the other sites I visited were bestpricepoker.com and their tables, both round and oval, fold-up and stationary, ran from $219 to $699. All the other sites had poker tables in approximately this range with some even having fancy ones for as much as $1799. They are available at amazon.com, nolimitpokerstore.com, and overstock.com, to name a few.
