Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Pretty much any desktop computer with USB ports is going to have them on the back panel near the video port etc. and they're pretty easy to find...so if you can't find them, then the likelihood is that it doesn't have any USB ports at all. Computers didn't always have them, you know!

(Desktop computers sometimes have some USB ports at the front that are concealed behind a little door, but the ones at the back are always very obvious.)

IBM brand desktops from the days of Pentium M processors had the USB ports on the centre right hand side of the back panel (tower cases) or the bottom centre of the back panel (desktop cases).

If you confirm the model number for us then we can probably find some details on it for you - IBM made a lot of different desktops.

I dont know about this model in particular, but most laptops have both usb ports on the right side (next to the cd drive), they however may be on the left or the back (I really doubt in the back but hey every designer is different).
