The answer is that there is NO real Robert Pattinson Twitter page. Rob does not Tweet.
Well, he *almost* never Tweets....
Back on September 18, 2009 Rob posted his one and only Tweet ever. He did it for his Twilight co-star, Peter Facinelli's birthday. During the Tweet, he posted the following under the name "R-Pattz":
"Hi, it’s Rob… My first and last tweet. My dad made me do it."
So the answer is that any other message you see from a Robert Pattinson is just a fake.
