You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$This is a very broad question.
There is no best treatment center for cancer. Many centers specialize in particular types of cancer treatment. Place like the Mayo Clinic are good places to start.
If you, or someone you know, has recently been diagnosed with cancer, you should consider;
1) get a local second opinion
2)'Google' and learn about the type of cancer you are suspected of having ( I've been diagnosed with two different forms of cancer; once give 9 months to live). Both diagnosis were wrong, even though the itial lab test were positive.
3)Labs/doctors/people make mistakes. Even if you have a great doctor, get a second set of labs/diagnostic tools done. Don't assume the test are correct.
4)If test prove positive, then ask around (your doctor, friends,... ) where THEY would go.
5)'Google' treatment centers for your specific disease state. Often times you can get the initial treatment at a speciality center, then get on-going treatment locally.
6)There are a lot of books and websites on talking to children about cancer. Reference the author... type their name into google with a comma and then feedback or complaints. ie: Joe Knowsmore, complaints.
7)Check into local resources, libraries.
Best wishes.
