Where is the best place to follow football live online?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

1) Watch the NFL game updater thingy at nfl.com. There are alternates at ESPN, Fox Sports, etc, but it's all the same stuff, so you may as well get it from the horse's mouth. You can stream audio in from the radio broadcasts when the games are in the red zone for free, it's an option in the interface.
2) NFL field pass: gives you full access to the radio broadcasts at a price. It's not ridiculously expensive, at $10/month or $40 for the season, but it's not free by any means.

3) You can get streaming video, but, again, you need to pay for it... and you need some trickery, too:

This is a service meant for people out of the country, but if you are in the country, you can access it by hiding your IP address as described in the first link. Off the top of my head, I don't know what it costs.
Games that are broadcast on the NFL network MAY be available to stream online at the NFL Network site:

If you scour the net hard enough, you may be able to find unauthorized broadcasts. I've no personal issue with this, but have no idea where they are found. The easily available stuff, however, will pretty much all be pay to view.
