You can also try Party City, they have an online store, http://www.partycity.com/category/party+favors/party+hats.do and you can try there, as well. They sell pretty and unique party hats for both guests and the birthday girl there. There prices are great. We actually have bought party hats at both Ebay and Party City.
As for the invitation, try Zazzle. I buy ALL of my invites there. You can create your own or customize the invites. Prices are great and they ship quickly!!
