Where is the best place online to find truly unique and interesting avatars for Twitter, Yahoo Answers and web forums?

I have found that I like to use Jing to take fractional avatar sized snapshots of pictures to create custom and unique avatars. The avatar I have now and most all of my previous avatars have been acquired this way. In my opinion this is the best way to get or create the most interesting avatars for online use.
I have found this collection of pre-made avatars that has some REALLY interesting choices that can be used to define yourself online in avatar format anywhere like Mahalo Answers, Twitter, Yahoo Answers or any online web forum.
