M$To my knowledge the Ajax Soccer Academy in Holland is only for AJAX Players.
There is however a soccer school in the States that does soccer camps as well.

You forgot to name the Dutch. They are renowned for their youth academies.
Like Ajax Amsterdam. The Netherlands, has a population of just 16.5 Million and they are one of the worlds best footballing nation.

Also worth mentioning is Clairefontaine, a French national academy, which is very highly regarded, and whose alumni include Thierry Henry, Nicolas Anelka and William Gallas.
