Columbia, Bolivia, and Peru seem to lead the cocaine production market. According to Wikipedia, they supply to almost a third of the cocaine consuming world-wide market. There was an excellent documentary made a few years ago. Someone went to Peru to document the production of cocaine. The production involves using kerosene, Coca leaf, and several purification cycles. Check out the link I added from BuzzHumor.com. Someone seems to have uploaded the documentary.
