Contact some local Commercial Real Estate Agents and explain what you are looking for. Commercial Real Estate Agents don't handle every type of commercial real estate, for example, leasing a retail store or office, buying apartments, leasing restaurant space etc but if the agent you speak to can't help they know others in the industry that can help. A commercial real estate agent is a great place to start.
