Here is a walk-through for you I found online this is the first part there is more on the link I will post at the bottom.
Place the jaguar head on the central statue and grab the mechanism behind it. Rotate the statue and notice that it makes the disks turn on the ground. The first and the fourth one are already aligned. Rotate the statue until the third circle is on the right alignment too. Then let go of the pole and grab the pedestal with a golden crane on it. Turn it for a few steps. You will notice that the fourth circle isn’t in the alignment anymore but it doesn’t matter for now. Grab the pole behind the statue again and rotate it until the second circle is on the alignment. Leave the pole and grab the pedestal again. Turn it around until the fourth circle is in place.
