Where do I download Adobe Download Manager?

In my experience, the Adobe Download Manager automatically launches when you try to download an Adobe product. When I installed Adobe Flash player to my PC, I got a message in my Firefox browser saying that "Firefox prevented a software from being installed". Click Allow, and you will have a pop-up leading you to install the Adobe DLM (http://platformdl.adobe.com/NOS/getPlusPlus/1.6/gp.xpi). Install the plug-in or extension and you are good to go.
