Since Camp David is local to Washington, DC, it's safe to assume they receive routine medical care at Bethesda Naval Hospital or Walter Reed Medical Center. Navy engineers (Seebees) perform maintenance and engineering. Marines provide security and support. Marines report to the Marine Barracks, which may have its own health center, but I was unable to find that information on their website.
