Where can you purchase a good 10gb flash drive???

I need a 10gp flash drive
Tip for best answer: M$0.61
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I've never seen 10 Gig drives offered anywhere. 8 Gig, yes. 16 Gig, yes. But not 10.

This has to do with powers of 2 and the way memory chips are used.

A typical 8 Gig drive from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Cruzer-Flash-Drive-SDCZ36-008G-A11/dp/B001T9CTRS $18.22 plus shipping.

A typical 16 Gig drive from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Cruzer-Flash-Drive-SDCZ36-016G-A11/dp/B001T99ZTI $30.49 plus shipping.

Quite often, Wal Mart has good deals on flash drives. This saves a lot on shipping.

As the previous answerer noted, 10GB is not a standard size -- you'll be looking for 4, 8, 16GB.

If you're not in a rush, I'd highly recommend dealmac and other other "deal" sites. They seem to have flash drives on offer just about every day, often for super low prices ($10 or even less, depending on size).

Newegg is another good bet.
