Gluten free recipes can be got from a number of sources, and several normal recipes that feature very little flour can be modified by doing away with the flour altogether or by simply substituting the normal flour with gluten free flour. However, if you are looking for gluten free recipes online then try this link http://www.csaceliacs.org/recipes.php which has recipes for gluten free bread, desserts, salads and snacks. This link http://www.food.com/recipes/gluten-free has recipes which have been reviewed. While there is very little risk involved in eating gluten free meals. There are known risks of adopting gluten free diets that are lacking in iron and other nutrients. Also research has shown that standard gluten free diets do not have required amounts of calcium, folate and riboflavin. However, most of these deficiencies can be overcome by incorporating gluten free oats, brown rice and quinoa in meals.
