Where can US dollars be exchanged for foreign currency?
When we went to Canada I was upset to have to pay a fee to exchange my US dollars for Canadian currency. We have plans to go back, but I really would like to exchange some of my money ahead of time. Is there a way to do this without it costing a fee?
