where can I take african dance classes in swaziland?
I have been learning West African Dance for the last 4 years and I just love it. Soon I will go to Swaziland as a volunteer for 2 years. I would love to continue my dancing and drumming - any chances to do this in Swaziland?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

While I have not been to Swaziland, I have a few ideas.
1) Make friends with some of the locals. Immersion is always the best way to learn something; they may teach you a little bit!
2) Bring along a friend who knows how, or bring a book, eBook, tape, or computer with video to learn.
3) Enter local dance competitions or compete with other people in Swaziland - you'll always improve if you have a goal!
4) Set Up an African dance class through your volunteer organization, and find locals to pioneer it!
