Where can I learn how to shoot motion photography?
Are there any good online courses on shooting motion photography? What is a good book that discusses the problems with motion photography?

Motion photography is the concept of creating a blur where the motion occurs while other elements of the image remain static. There are no courses on this because the concept is relatively easy to explain but not easy to execute. Check out the link below to get a full primer and links to books that may reference this in a chapter.
Try experimenting with a simple object that moves predictably. Use a fan or a wheel on a stationary bike as an example. Place the camera on a tripod. Select an aperture of around f-8 depending on the depth of field of the subject. Select an ISO that will allow to shoot between 1 second and 1/30th of a second. Take an image at each shutter speed within the range. Compare the blurred motion of the images. This will give you an idea oh how to shoot motion. Next, practice at a kids soccer game or football game using a tripod. It is the experience that will help you learn this technique more than classroom knowledge.
