Where can I get the best cheese steak in Philadelphia?

Of all of the restaurants that are cooking this classic Philadelphia sandwich, which one makes the best? What makes a Philly cheese steak better than a cheese steak I'd get anywhere else?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
