Where can I get Spanish recipes?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Chef Jose Andres’ is one of Spain’s greatest chefs. With restaurants in Europe and the U.S., Chef Andres’ has definitely brought a love for Spanish cuisine to America. The cookbook, Tapas, A Taste of Spain in America, is a great start if you are looking for a myriad of recipes to choose from. Although the recipes differ in degrees of difficulty, you can begin with something simple and then graduate to more intensive recipes in time.
Chef Andres also has a set of DVD’s from his PBS series Made in Spain. If you are a more visual learner, then this may be a good option for you.
If you understand Spanish, a good blog is here: http://lacuchara.es. Although this blog focuses on food in Madrid, it is a good blog for someone seeking knowledge of Spanish cuisine.
