Where can I get rennet and starter whey?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

So you are making cheese? One of these days i'll make some home made cheese project in the future. But the problem with me living in the city is the availability of farm fresh milk.

I found an online store selling Rennet.

You cant buy a Starter Whey. Whey is the left over milk left from the first batch cheese making process. This is actually a good thing since you actually get to make 2 kinds of cheeses. Like mozzarella (no starter whey) and ricotta (with starter whey).
