Where can I find this, very specific, style of UCLA license plate frames?

FOREVER, but can not seem to find this style in stores anywhere. I am, specifically, looking for a variation of this license plate frame that has "Alumni" at the top (in place of "Bruins")
I like this specific style because it is similar to ones I have seen for Cal and USC:

For some reason, the ones for UCLA, in this same style, are very rare.

The only differences are the colors and the name of the college. The style looks EXACTLY like the one for Cal, except it reads "UCLA" and is in baby blue and gold. To clarify, I am looking for a license plate frame that looks exactly like the Cal license plate frame style, except in the UCLA colors (Baby blue and Gold).
The colors look like this:
It looks like that layout is available at the site below and all you would have to do is provide the artwork (there is also a min. order quantity so you would probably need to contact an alum association and see if they would consider selling them).... I assume there are options that would allow you to purchase just one frame but thus far I have had no luck finding that.

That's not the one I have been looking for. The one I am looking for features the Bruin colors - Baby Blue and Gold, as seen in the picture link I have provided. I am also looking for a variation of the plate frame seen in the picture I have provided. There are plate frames that are identical to the one I have posted in the picture, except for one variation: it reads "Alumni" in place of "Bruins"
