More often than not, you can find the commercials on sites like Youtube and Metacafe. If the commercials are there, typically under the video description it will tell you the artist and song title, by law they must give credit the the artist. As far as downloading the songs after you find out the song titles and who they are by, there are numerous sites that offer downloads for free as well as sites like iTunes where you typically pay for your downloads, but, at least you know that your downloads are perfectly legal. Although, there are sites with free legal downloads as well, they are often much more difficult to come across. You may also be able to find the free downloads directly from Youtube itself.
