the ruby marquise is inside of a rusty box inside of a stall at the port. to get to it you will have to blow up the stall. the diamond marquise is at the volcano board while fighting wesker for the 3rd time. to get to it, before getting on the bridge that chris falls off of, theres a rock that looks like a icecicle. shoot it down. next you fall off the bridge and jump to the rock you shot, the jump again and there it is on the ground.
