Hello @razorkite! It is not so hard to find the best stuffing recipes online for there are several sites that offer great stuffing recipes.

The one they have at the moment is celery stuffing recipe. The flavor of this basic bread stuffing is enhanced by adding several cups of chopped celery. It will yield enough dressing to stuff a 10-15 lb. turkey.
