Where can I find the best Latin dictionary and grammar book?
I've taken up studying Latin late in life, but I really do enjoy it very much. I need a very comprehensive grammar book and a complete dictionary. Where can I find these book in high quality? And for quick reference, are there any online resources?

One of the best and most complete Latin dictionaries is the Oxford Latin Dictionary. The American Reference Books Annual called this volume "indispensable" for advanced study of the Latin language. The Library Journal],, and Classical World all raved about the Oxford Latin Dictionary as well. It is available for sale on Amazon.com for $291.99.
As for a comprehensive grammar book, you can't go wrong with the "Essentials of Latin Grammar: A Practical Guide to the Mastery of Latin". It is very inexpensive, and has been rated very highly among students of Latin.
For an online Latin resource, you can visit http://eleaston.com/latin.html where you will find various learning activities, quizzes and tests, pronunciation guides, an online dictionary, and online grammar references. You can also download free Latin grammars and readers at http://www.textkit.com/.
