Well, when I'm looking for sheet music for video games, I think Gamemusic.com at http://www.gamemusic.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GMOStore.woa/3/wa/DepartmentDetail?wosid=fHPS3xXsrdbflcG01RB9cg&did=121 . They have a lot of video game sheet music there available, though I think they charge for it.
It would be helpful to know which game the song you wish to find sheet music for was in. If I knew what game it was in, I could probably find you sheet music for that song specifically, and maybe even free sheet music.

All right, well, having searched the web for the sheet music to that song, I discovered that such sheet music doesn't seem to exist. Or if it does, it's so well hidden that I have been able to find no evidence. I searched all the English-language sites that came up on numerous (and differently keyworded) searches, and even went through all the Japanese pages and translated them (via Google Translate) to find this sheet music for you, and it appears not to exist yet.
But you're not completely out of options here.
My former roommate had a program called "Makemusic Finale" which had, among other features, the ability to translate midi files into sheet music. If you have that program, findiThe program is not a free program, and officially, I should say, "Support the makers of the program. Buy it!" However, unofficially, I'd just like to mention that it's really not too difficult to find a torrent file of the program. If you have Finale and you find a midi of the song, you can translate it to sheet music that way.
If you don't really want to go that route, though, I'd suggest just listening to the song and playing by ear. "Practice makes perfect" might seem a bit cliche, but it really is pretty true.
Sorry I couldn't find more to help you here.
I think it's from Beatmania or something I can't remember.
Thank you. Glad to help as much as I could.
Well done @baka13
