Where can I find recipes for making pasta?

Where can I find recipes for pasta? Where can I find cooks reviews of recipes for pastas? How difficult is it to make pasta?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello mmng23,

The term “pasta” is used to describe various types of pasta such as Macaroni, spaghetti and fusilli but it is also applied to dishes that are prepared with pasta. Now it is possible to make pasta at home and then include it in various dishes. For more information on homemade pasta recipes check this link http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Pasta/Homemade-Pasta/Top.aspx which has a number that have been reviewed and they are ranked according to popularity. Also many chefs such as Jamie Oliver make their own pasta and for one of his recipes check this link http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/a-basic-recipe-for-fresh-egg-pasta

Making homemade pasta has many pitfalls, one is that very often dough can become very tough and cannot be rolled out. Check these links for help and tips to get over these problems:
