Where can I find recipes for diabetics?
Are there any websites or blogs that have low or no sugar recipes for diabetics? Which supplements or substitutes can I use when cooking to make diabetic-friendly meals?

Here is a diabetic recipe for Beef Stroganoff. This traditional recipe has been only slightly adapted to make it perfectly healthy and tasty for a diabetic palate.
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound of boneless beef round steak
4 cups of uncooked yokeless egg noodles
1/2 can fat-free Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1-tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
One serving contains 38 g of carbohydrates, 6 g of total fat and 307 milligrams of sodium. This recipe also contains 2 g of fiber and 65 mg of calcium, and averages 302 calories per serving.
