Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello mmng23,

Bread pudding is one of the simplest puddings to make and can often be made with a few simple ingredients such as bread, milk, eggs, vanilla and raisins. Many people tend to use the crust and the bread when making bread pudding and this is just fine, also some people tend to mix the breads used in such puddings. One main benefit of making a bread pudding is that bread that is about to go stale can be included and it will still taste great. A good bread pudding recipe is http://www.joyofbaking.com/BreadPudding.html here, at this link you will notice the stale bread or different types of bread such as Croissant, Challah and even scones can be used.

If you want a variety of bread pudding recipes then check this link http://southernfood.about.com/od/breadpuddingrecipes/Bread_Pudding_Recipes.htm which has several that have been reviewed by cooks.

Also check this link http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=bread%20puddingwhich has a number of good recipes all of which have been reviewed. This pudding is very easy to make and can in most instances be prepared and baked under one hour, and the leftovers can be refrigerated and eaten later.
