Where can I find Indian arts and crafts in Phoenix, Arizona?

I'm looking for a special market Phoenix, Arizona where I can find native crafts to buy and maybe a demo how to do some of the weaving, etc.?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

To find some really great Native American arts and crafts and Native American Jewelery in the Phoenix area would be to go to the Heard Museum. Or even go to one of the reservations.

The Heard museum not only displays art, but also has a store to buy American Indian art. The art/jewelery/crafts are one of a kind and changes often. The link below has the address/phone and directions.

Native American Arts and Crafts in Phoenix is another place you can go for affordable Native American handmade jewelry, Pendleton purses, beaded bracelets, earrings and more.

Skystone is another great place. The items sold are authentic Navajo arts, crafts etc.

If you plan on flying to Phoenix, check out Avila / Talking Hands at Sky Harbor Airport. That is authentic native American arts, crafts, sculptures, and so much more.

No matter where you go, you want to be sure that your getting authentic Native American items. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Some of the links below will help you know what to look for and how to spot a fake. The links below will also have the locations as well as the hours of operations for each location.
