Where can I find fine French cuisine in Philadelphia?
What are the best restaurants to fine classic French cooking in or near center city Philadelphia? Are there any five star French restaurants in the Philadelphia area?

My favorite French restaurant in Philadelphia is the "Parc Restaurant Bistro & Cafe" on 18th Street. The food isn't all that fancy, but it sure is good. As for fine dining, I'd say the "Le Bec-Fin" is definitely up there. Not sure how many stars it has, or if it's even rated, but it's the fanciest restaurant I've visited in a very long time.
