where can i find fawkes after american dream

i had low karma so i couldnt get him but know i can

If you saved Fawkes in Vault 87 during the Garden of Eden quest, and you did not have good Karma for him to come to you in Raven Rock. You can probably find him hanging out in the Museum of History in DC. I don't know if you can activate him as a follower? Maybe boost your karma up to good and give it a try.

If my memory serves me correct, Fawkes can be found near the entrance to Underworld, the Ghoul city (the really big skull) in the Museum of History in the ruined D.C area. The game really should point out where he is somehow after you meet him after meeting John Eden.
