Where can I find Ebay or Paypal coupons online?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

M$Some sites that offer PayPal and eBay coupons includes
* http://www.retailmenot.com/view/paypal.com and http://www.retailmenot.com/view/ebay.com: through these retailmenot links you would find useful and valid links to PayPal and eBay coupons. Some have been tried by other users, so you have to look out for the ones that have a higher percentage of success.
*eBay chat forums: If you visit the chat rooms often, you would find some shared coupons. Last Christmas there was a discount of $5 to $20 and a free shipping coupon for some selected merchants.
You can also look out for eBay coupons in your email box. If you are an active seller or buyer on eBay, you may receive coupons from eBay. When you shop on other online stores and use PayPal as your means of payment, you may also get a PayPal service discount. Here, the value of the coupon would be subtracted from your purchase. You can find some affiliated stores on PayPal’s page.

M$I also just noticed recently that eBay has a new program called ebay bucks". This are kind of rewards you earn from shopping on eBay. I received an email from them and it says:
-quote-
You're invited to join the eBay Bucks Rewards Program. Just sign up to start earning 2% back on every purchase of qualifying items.* Then use your eBay Bucks Certificate to save on something you've really wanted.
--end quote--
So if you are a big shopper on eBay, that could really add up quickly. There are some exclusions like eBay motors and real estate. There is also a cap of rewards that can be earned in a period. I believe this is 500.00 per 3 months. It also has to be one purchases that has the bucks logo on it. I am not sure how this works just yet. There are sometimes promotions to help as well.
It's fast, easy, and free.
