Where can I find cheap video cards?

Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I shall second this. No need even responding to the question as spoon beat me to it. Some other online sellers are a bit cheaper, but Newegg has consistently very good prices, and they have some of the best service of any online store I have ever used.

Check at your local Radio Shack http://www.radioshack.com store and ask them, as they might have the exact product you are looking for and know how to build a notebook with a touch screen. Remember it's slogan, "You've got questions, we've got answers." Or, you can check out Best Buy to the list http://www.bestbuy.com or there is a store called J & R http://www.jr.com or Tiger Direct http://www.tigerdirect.com or Computer Shopper http://www.computershopper.com

Best Buy frequently charges $100+ for the same thing you can get at Newegg or other fine online retailers for 1/3 the price, and you don't even need to walk in to the store and be hassled by anyone.

http://ebay.com is a great place for older hardware not stocked by the retailers.

fry's is also a good option. Or start with dealnews.com or techbargains.com and search for bargains that are listed there
