Where can I find books on vegetarian cooking in a microwave?
I know most vegetarians don't consider cooking in a microwave healthy, but I'm not fussed. I just don't eat meat, never did. But since I'm always in a hurry, I need some good vegetarian recipes that I can prepare in the microwave. Where can I find a nice, colorful book?
