I always like to suggest Babies R Us. They have seriously everything you need for baby, including gorgeous barrettes even for the baby with little hair. Aside from there, check out Ebay. With the economy the way it is, prices have dropped on Ebay. Sellers realize they can not make the sale so they lower prices. You can type in baby barrette lots and get a whole bunch for one low price.
