Where can I find amusing voices for my GPS?
Ok, it's not really my GPS. My brother in law got one for Christmas, and will not shut up about how great it is. As such, I wish to mess with him by changing the voices.. I'm thinking of going with either a slutty Russian woman, or an angry German mother in law kind of thing. Or, if you have any better ideas, feel free to share them. Here's the rules:
Needs to be free, or cheap.
Need links to the sources.
Need to be funny, not illegal.
Needs to be mostly kid friendly. Bawdy is ok, Vulgar is not.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You can find a bunch of free voice skins via this page: http://www.gps-data-team.com/pda-gps-navigation/topic/11.html
The site above also details how to set up the voice files on your GPS. If you don't like the selection, you could always try making your own.
Voice skins are fairly inexpensive and can be bought directly from most GPS manufacturers.
My personal favorite is the Snoop Dogg voice for TomTom by Voice Skins.
