M$They do have an english sales website over at http://www.chineseteastore.net/ that you should probably look into! They connect with some very small farms that have specialty tea and export them in wholesale quantities.

If you want to buy directly from Yunnan Province, I'd recommend this company:

It has very good prices on Pu-erh, and sells a few other kinds of tea too. But that is a specialized niche; I don't know much about direct suppliers from other areas. Yunnan Sourcing is a retail shop but it's prices are so reasonable. Another retail company that occasionally has wholesale-priced items of reasonable quality from China is Upton Tea Imports. Some of their Chinese teas are quite inexpensive, especially if you buy in quantities of 1 kg or more:
