I found a couple on that are in semi-split. One was from his myspace tribute page, the others are at the sources below.
There are a few books out that may provide more images, and I saw posters available as well. None showed him in the splits position that is mentioned in the question though.

thank you , for you're relpy and the great photos , but not the one. the photo I saw years ago.. was in color and I almost want to say a garden setting! -K
