Boxing is one of the most enduring sports over the years, which its origins can be traced way back during ancient times, specifically Greece. Boxing can be categorized into two parts, the first one is the Amateur Boxers, wherein boxers compete in sports competition such as the Goodwill Games and the Olympic Games. The second category of boxers, is the Professional Boxers, wherein boxers compete by championship belts across a number of boxing organizations such as the WBC, WBA, WBO and the IBF.
Boxing can also be a form of a fitness exercise designed to build muscles, improved stamina, loss of weight and promote well-being.
