Where can I download the beta, since Microsoft pulled it down?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Microsoft was the only place to get the "official" beta. But you can find it on the various bit torrent sites. Check www.thepiratebay.org or www.isohunt.org

It doesn't look like you can - even if you BitTorrent it (which has questionable legality) you'd need a product key (I think).

As a Microsoft TechNet Plus subscriber, you can still download Windows 7 Beta.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/downloads/default.aspx?pv=36:350
The subscription cost is USD 349 per year (different country has different price - just select the appropriate country when subscribing).

You also get access to other variety of Microsoft software (beta and current)
