To download, simply install a BitTorrent client (I recommend uTorrent, available for both Windows and Mac - http://www.utorrent.com/), and then go to the listing I provided, click the link for the file you want and then simply click "Download this torrent now!" link. By default, it should attempt to open it with uTorrent, but if it doesn't simply select it from the drop-down menu (or manually open the file). Downloading time varies, depending on how many "Seeders" (people currently having and sharing the file) or "Leechers" (people currently downloading and sharing bits of it) that particular file has. Since it's just MP3 files, it should be really fast.
