To answer the title of your question, there are online sites like Retailmenot that offer online coupons to hundreds of restaurants and stores including IHOP there are literally dozens of different online coupons that someone can download or print off of that site.
As for the second part of your question, whether or not there are IHOPs located in and around Long Island. There are quite a few different IHOPs in the New York area and I’m sure at least a couple of them are located in the Long Island area. Retailmenot comes in handy when looking for IHOP coupons as well as just finding coupons for any restaurants and stores in the Long Island area.
