I would contact them to see if you can negotiate shipping the costumes to Spain or alternatively (depending on your budget), simply hire them.

There are specialty corporate costume makers that produce exceptionally high quality costumes. In the U.S. these people do a good job: http://www.promocostumes.com/
It would be possible to contact them with your requirements, have photos relayed for adjustments and then the final product shipped.
Alternatively, there may be high quality promotional event costume creators in Spain.

Experienced costume designers know how to create costumes of this caliber for you. It would be possible to visit or call local theaters for the names of talented costume designers and have one custom made.

If your budget does not stretch as far as these options.... consider a local University. There are talented art & theater students who would be interested in helping you to recreate the Simpsons costumes.
While you may not archive the quality of the 3 options above, the Simpsons costumes are not overly complicated and with some ingenuity could be created with limited resources.
