Where can I buy fabric printed with the phi sign?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I searched for a plain version of fabric but couldn't not find one - maybe someone else here will
But,
I can post links to the forum where they discuss buying fabric from Hancock Fabrics

And this is the Hancock site which I suggest you contact and ask directly - they may have a mixed symbol version that would do....

And WorthPoint do have something but not with the symbol on its own - again, you could contact them directly and ask if they have any in stock.

Hope this helps

Custom printing is done with permanent dyes.
Custom screen printing is another option once you have the graphic you want. You could use a professional screen print shop or try out one of the new at home systems:

The lowest cost option would be to purchase base fabric and then use Phi rubber stamp and permanent ink to create a printed fabric. You can have a stamp made the size you want.

You could create a custom block and use the braying technique with supplies from your local art store:

badly phrased sorry
it means all I could find were sorority type prints and not ones with only the phi sign
and I'm thinking you should search under that type of criteria because you'll probably find more places that stock that type of print.
I hope the links help
I don't specifically want a sorority print.. Just a phi sign.
