One site I found that had a refurbished HTC was phonebrands.com This place had a refurbished model for only $100 which seems like a pretty good deal considering some have paid upwards of $250 for the phone. While I haven't seen them there yet, Ebay and Craigslist are always good places to go for refurbished and second hand electronics. Once the Evo has been on the market for a bit, you can usually get refurbished phones from the major phone dealers themselves.
