Where can I buy a mannequin head in Toronto?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I honestly think either Freecycle in your local area, or ebay
I'm not sure what your postcode is but plug it in the search below and see if anything is close ( I know, you've probably done that ....)

I use Freecycle heaps for strange items like art supplies or crafty stuff. Everything is given away, you just sign up in your local area and ask for things you need. The idea is that you offer items as well, anything you would put into landfill. It's a wonderful community resource.
What about second hand stores near you? Anything close that might stock some old heads :)

Oh... hey...
What about going to a local wig shop and buying one of those heads used for wigs?
They have light ones made out of styrofoam and heavier ones too!
Check out all the different types of heads here....

Hey Pell... how much would you charge to make me a viking knitted cap (one with braids)?
Sorry Bunny, I don't knit. I know only crochet.
