In Ireland generally you will find photobooths in chemist shops / pharmacies (known as "drugstores" in the US) and also in shopping centres (malls).
For Dublin specifically some ideas would be the Jervis Shopping Centre in Henry Street on the north side of the city or the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre on the south side.
You can also just ask someone where the nearest chemist shop is and if the chemist shop don't offer the service, they will more than likely be able to direct you to somewhere that does.
